Well yeah, fairly simple, here you can request a username change.
We're not interested in why you want the name change, please don't tell us. Example:
Um..hi, I want to change my username to bob, because I like the name, and it's generic and I like that...etc(and 30 more lines of spam here).
These posts are unnacceptable. Only say what you want your username to be changed to. Example:
I'd like to be bob.
