~Please report any cases of this that you see, but don't take stuff into your own hands.~

•No Posting of ROMs!
~Anyone who does this will be banned! It is just wrong to post it. If you wanna post a hack, use an .ips file.~

•No requesting hacks.
~Do it yourself.~

•Don't post any hacks, tools, or tutorials that you don't own without the author's permission.
~If you're not the owner of a hack/tool/tutorial that isn't on this forum please PM me, giving proof you are allowed to post it.~

•No RPG-Maker or other projects.
That's not hacking.
